🧹 Duties & Responsibilities
(Typical responsibilities for a Room Attendant role)
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards
- Make beds and change bed linens neatly and efficiently
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and other room supplies
- Ensure all rooms meet hygiene and cleanliness requirements
- Inspect rooms for any damages or maintenance issues
- Report faults or missing items to management promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Provide friendly, respectful, and helpful service to guests when required
