🧹 Duties & Responsibilities

(Typical responsibilities for a Room Attendant role)

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards
  • Make beds and change bed linens neatly and efficiently
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
  • Replenish toiletries, towels, and other room supplies
  • Ensure all rooms meet hygiene and cleanliness requirements
  • Inspect rooms for any damages or maintenance issues
  • Report faults or missing items to management promptly
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Provide friendly, respectful, and helpful service to guests when required
