Upon successful completion, learners graduate with a nationally recognised qualification, improving their employability and career prospects.

Learnership Entry Requirements
To be considered for Thandeka learnership programmes, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Grade 9, 10, 11, or 12 qualification
- Must be unemployed at the time of application (unless otherwise stated for specific programmes)
- Willingness to learn and commit to the full duration of the programme

NQF Level 2 – National Certificate: Clothing, Textiles, Footwear and Leather (CTFL) Manufacturing
