Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Ensure passenger safety by following aviation regulations and onboard safety procedures.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and participate in safety briefings.
- Assist passengers during boarding, throughout the flight, and during disembarkation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to passenger needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining hygiene and service standards.
- Handle onboard challenges calmly and efficiently, including medical or customer-service situations.
- Represent the airline positively at all times, both on and off duty.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
- Have completed Grade 12 / high school education or equivalent.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Meet minimum height and reach requirements to safely perform cabin duties.
- Have a professional appearance with no visible tattoos while wearing the uniform.
- Be physically fit and able to meet medical and safety standards.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have previous customer service, hospitality, or tourism experience (preferred but not always required).
- Be willing and able to relocate internationally if selected.
