Role Overview
As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Tracker’s range of products and services directly to potential customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in helping customers understand Tracker’s innovative solutions and how they can benefit from improved safety, efficiency, and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Tracker’s products and services through outbound sales calls.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional Tracker offerings to existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Tracker solutions.
- Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop innovative and creative sales techniques to attract new customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and follow up on leads promptly.
- Work additional hours, including overtime or Saturdays, when required by management.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Direct Sales Agent role, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
- Strong computer literacy and data capturing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Proven sales ability with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs.
- A persuasive, confident, and competitive personality will be a distinct advantage.
