Role Summary
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and client-oriented individuals to join our team as HR Interns or Junior HR Administrators under this learnership programme.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong interest in Human Resources, values professionalism, and wants to grow within the business administration field. Learners will gain exposure to different HR processes, policies, and administrative functions, while also learning to support everyday operations in a structured corporate setting.
Programme Objectives
This learnership aims to:
- Equip learners with a solid foundation in business administration and HR practices.
- Develop skills in office management, communication, and record-keeping.
- Provide exposure to HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and policy implementation.

During the 12-month programme, learners will gain experience in:
- General office administration and coordination
- HR documentation and filing systems

- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Time management and prioritization of administrative tasks
- Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic business writing and professional correspondence
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification (Essential)
- Advantageous: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration
Experience
While experience is not mandatory, the following will be advantageous:
- Previous exposure to HR Administration or Business Administration
- Experience working in an HR or corporate environment
- Familiarity with administrative systems and basic record management
