Job Purpose:
- To deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- To handle point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- To support store operations through merchandising and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases quickly and accurately at the POS.
- Handle cash safely and responsibly.
- Scan items and ensure correct pricing at checkout.
- Promote and register customers for the Clicks ClubCard programme.
- Inform customers about promotions, specials, and offers.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service.
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked shelves.
- Ensure proper merchandising according to store standards.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and store activities.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store cleanliness.
