🎯 Job Purpose
- To successfully complete an 18-month structured internship programme within Clicks retail stores
- To gain practical, hands-on experience in a real retail working environment
- To support daily store operations including merchandising, customer service, and stock control
- To apply theoretical knowledge from N6 studies in a workplace setting
- To develop essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management
- To build a strong foundation for future employment in the retail and business sectors
📚 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Completed N6 Certificate in a business-related field from a TVET college
- Strong interest in retail, sales, and customer service
- Basic understanding of business operations and administration
✅ Additional Requirements
- Must have successfully completed N6 qualification (no pending subjects)
- Must currently be unemployed and available immediately
- Must be willing to commit fully to the 18-month internship programme
- Must be a South African citizen
- Age requirement: between 18 and 29 years
- Must be willing and able to travel or relocate to assigned store locations
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning
- Ability to work in a team and interact professionally with customers
