Job Overview
The Clover CSC Learnership is designed for individuals who are interested in building a career in customer service, call centre operations, and client relations. Learners will be trained to handle customer interactions professionally while supporting Clover’s commitment to high service standards.
Throughout the learnership, participants will gain exposure to real customer queries, order capturing, complaint resolution, and product promotion. This programme provides an excellent entry point into the FMCG and customer service industries.

Learnership Requirements:
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
- Grade 12 completed within the past 5 years (2021 – 2025)
- Minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership before
- South African citizen
- Willing to attend both workplace training and prescribed classes
- Failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in disqualification.

Duties and Responsibilities
Learners appointed to the Customer Service Centre will be trained to perform a variety of call centre and customer service functions, including:
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolving customer queries and complaints through relevant internal stakeholders
- Capturing customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
- Confirming customer orders in line with standard operating procedures
- Informing customers of accounts placed on hold
- Communicating order-related issues to relevant departments
- Selling Clover and principal products according to customer ranges
- Offering new or additional products by explaining features and promotions
- Ensuring accurate order capturing based on daily call lists
- Supporting teamwork and collaboration within the team
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to team objectives
- Taking responsibility for visual management of information
- Sharing responsibility to achieve departmental goals
