Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Servest Security Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed Matric (Grade 12).
- Must hold a valid Grade C PSIRA registration (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) – this is compulsory.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must be residing in Gauteng Province, specifically around Houghton, Sandton, or nearby areas.
- Must be 26 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have a strong interest in the security industry.
- Must be willing to learn, take initiative, and be a self-starter or “go-getter.”
Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered.
