MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Medically fit to work in a mining environment
• Clear security screening record
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work in challenging conditions

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Previous experience in mining or a related environment
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate fully in all training and development modules
• Complete the learnership programme within the required timeframe
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements
• Wear and use safety equipment at all times
• Identify and report workplace hazards
• Attend SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) meetings
• Work according to company standards and training guidelines
• Report challenges, progress, and ideas to supervisors
