Job Purpose:
- To provide practical workplace training for Fitter & Turner students.
- To help learners apply theoretical engineering knowledge in real-life situations.
- To develop technical and workplace skills required for a trade qualification.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science (minimum 50%), OR
- N2 Certificate with relevant subjects:
- Fitter & Machining Trade Theory
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Engineering Drawing
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must reside in Diepsloot or Olievenhoutbosch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in practical engineering training and activities.
- Assist with technical tasks related to fitting and machining.
- Attend training sessions at the PPC Technical Skills Centre (Mahikeng).
- Apply theoretical knowledge to real workplace tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Provide good customer service when required.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
