- Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain proper document control for all financial and operational records
📦 Stock & Deliveries
- Verify deliveries against invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle returned goods and back shopping items correctly
- Assist in managing and controlling high-risk stock to prevent losses
- Support the Receiving Manager in logging distribution centre claims
- Ensure all stock-related processes follow company standards and procedures
🔄 Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining smooth and efficient store operations
- Ensure that customer service speed meets company benchmarks
- Support coordination and communication between different departments
- Help maintain store standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures
- Prepare daily run reconciliations to support financial accuracy
- Ensure sufficient change is available for cashiers to maintain service efficiency
