The Cleaner role is essential to maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across client sites. Individuals selected from the Talent Pool will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services in line with site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaners selected from the Talent Pool may be required to perform the following duties, depending on site requirements:
- Carrying out cleaning tasks in offices, public areas, wards, and other designated spaces
- Completing assigned cleaning duties within specified timeframes
- Identifying and addressing additional cleaning needs beyond routine tasks
- Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with Tsebo policies
- Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
- Ensuring cleaning areas are well-presented and compliant with health and safety standards
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Representing Tsebo in a professional and respectful manner at all times

- Willingness to learn and adapt to different site requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Grade 11 or Grade 12, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Cleaner is advantageous, but not essential
- Willingness and ability to learn on the job
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, including buffing machines, is an advantage
- Ability to handle cleaning tools and equipment responsibly
