- Monitor class attendance and performance
- Monitor facilitators performance
- Develop and implement goals and objectives
- Ensuring learner registration and compliance with different SETAs
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
- Ensures learner goals are met
- Provide performance report per learner
- Maintain a healthy work culture
- Monthly meetings with Service providers to monitor their performance
- Provide performance report per service provider
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder management
- Provide career guidance to all learners/graduates trainees
- Monthly engagements with internal stakeholders
- Quarterly meeting with service providers
- Provide monthly progress reports
