Purpose of the Role
- To support daily catering operations within the unit
- To assist in preparing and serving meals and beverages

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals, fast foods, and sandwiches
- Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining consistency and quality
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, service areas, and equipment
- Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning duties
- Handle waste removal and ensure proper disposal practices
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory control

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Matric (Grade 12) is required
